Once you place a gumboots order, it is sent to our Melbourne Australia warehouse and they will process your order. Our warehouses are pretty speedy and keen to get gumboots on your kids feet, so same day dispatch is available for orders placed prior to 10:00am AEDT, Monday to Friday. For orders placed on the weekend, they will be processed on the next business day.

For orders in Australia and New Zealand, we offer free standard shipping with Australia Post. Once your gumboots are with Australia Post, standard Australian shipping can take 3-7 business days.
If you need to start your next adventure ASAP, we also offer Express Shipping for $9.95. This is also sent via Australia Post and will get your gumboots to you within 1-3 business days.
