We ship from our Melbourne warehouse. Shipping times are from when orders are despatched.

Australia Shipping:

• Free Standard Shipping & Returns: 2-6 business days (Australia Post).
• Express: $9.95, 1-3 business days (Australia Post).
• Same Day: $19.95, order by 10am AEST for delivery 6-9pm, Mon-Fri (Startrack). Only in Metro Melbourne.

New Zealand Shipping:

• Free Shipping & Returns: 7+ business days (Australia Post International).
• DHL Express: $30, 2-4 business days.

International Shipping:

• Australia Post: $11, 10+ business days.
• DHL Express: $30, 2-4 business days to NZ, 3-7 days worldwide.

Note: International orders may incur taxes upon arrival.

Holiday delivery window:

Regular post: 18/12/24 by 10am Metro only (not WA or NT)
Express Post: 20/12/24  by 10am Metro only

Returns & Exchanges

We want you, or the gift receiver, to be in love with this purchase. If the size or colour isn't quite right or if they need to be returned for another reason, please let us know and we can offer you an exchange or a full refund.

We have extended the returns window from our usual 30 days. Orders placed from the start of November to 24th December 2024 will be eligible for an extended returns period of 90 days.

We will cover the cost of you returning the boots to us if you're in Australia or New Zealand. Rest of world return shipping at your cost (we will send out your exchange size free of charge).

Faulty or Flawed Products?

We stand behind the quality of our boots, and offer a 12 month warranty.
