Same Day Shipping $14.95: Order before 10am (AEST) for same-day delivery between 6pm and 9pm, Monday - Friday (Startrack). Available in Metropolitan Melbourne only.

New Zealand Shipping:

DHL International Express Shipping (recommended) $21: 2 - 4 Business Days

Australia Post International $11: 14 -21 Business days.

Australia Post International: 

21+ business days - Australia Post expects international delivery delays due to flight cancellations and government restrictions because of COVID-19. Check the Australia Post website for impacts to your country.

DHL International Express:

Fast reliable international service | 2 day New Zealand shipping | 3 - 7 Business days rest of world

Please note: For international shipping you are liable for any incoming taxes your country may charge to receive the goods (excluding UK orders - all taxes and duties are included).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Extended 90 day returns for the holiday season | Orders placed between November 1st - December 31st 2022 can be returned until January 31st 2023.

We understand when you receive your boots or jacket in the mail, it may not be the right fit for you.
You can always exchange or return your order so long as: 

The items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging. Your return request is submitted within 90 days of receiving your original order.

Free Australian returns.

International returns - you are responsible to cover the costs of sending your item/s back to us. (we will send your exchange out free of charge)
