Hi! I’m Dani. I grew up on a farm in Gippsland wearing gumboots. Fast forward to 2014, while working a corporate job, I couldn’t find comfy, stylish, all-weather boots. That inspired me to create Merry People. I hope our boots bring comfort and a little extra joy to your everyday adventures!

With the same high-quality features as our adult boots, they’re made from 100% waterproof, FSC certified rubber and lined with cosy neoprene to keep your little ones’ feet dry, warm, and comfy all day.
Easy pull tabs make them ideal for independent adventurers, while the slip-resistant sole ensures confident steps in any weather. Plus, they’re tested to handle sub-zero temperatures, making them the perfect playmate, rain or shine!

My 3yr old was desperate for yellow boots to match mine, so with rainy days (finally) approaching, I ordered her some yellow Bobbis. They were promptly posted BUT … did a bit of a tour of Australia, came to SA, then went back to VIC, then QLD??! I contacted Merry people and they sent a replacement pair straight away, and offered to send a postage label for me to return the others if/when they turned up. My daughter had been looking out for them every day and was over the moon when they came, she absolutely loves them and wears them everywhere. They are the only thing she will put on her feet now but it works - for muddy play, shopping trips, out for dinner … they look fantastic. All round brilliant experience, thanks merry people! 💛💛💛
