- Warranty is only valid for purchases made direct from Merry People or an authorised Merry People stockist
- Damage that is a result from misuse or not following the provided care instructions is not covered
- You may be responsible for return postage costs to send the product back
- If your claim is approved, you will receive a replacement product (same or comparable)
