Hi! I’m Dani. I grew up on a farm wearing rain boots. Fast forward to 2014, while working a corporate job, I couldn’t find comfy, stylish, all-weather boots. That inspired me to create Merry People. I hope our boots bring comfort and a little extra joy to your everyday adventures!

I wish they came in a 1/2 size! These boots are awesome! So comfortable! Worth the price. Im too big for a size 8 and naturally a 9. I want to keep them but dont know how to fix the 1/2 size difference..

I bought these as I needed a waterproof shoe that was still comfortable and fashionable for a 2 week trip to Iceland in October. The country is known for being its rainiest at this time of year, and I knew I would be walking quite a lot in it. These shoes were PERFECT. I wore them through airports, around town, to the beach, and while on a short hike to a waterfall. They kept my feet warm, dry, and on the move. They’re also super cute with everything - jeans, leggings, sweater dress. They are also not so warm that I can’t wear them at home (Arkansas). My new favorite boots for fall!

I have struggled to find comfortable outdoor walking boots, especially given I am a women's size 9.5. My Merry People boots are proving to be wonderfully comfortable, well insulated and a joy to walk in, right from the start.
Like others who are a half size, I have purchased a size up, and discovered my boots are a perfect fit. I find them a little tricky to get on and off just now, as they are brand new, but I am expecting this to get easier, the more I wear them. Truly a quality product!
