Hi! I’m Dani. I grew up on a dairy farm in Gippsland wearing gumboots. Fast forward to 2014, while working a corporate job, I couldn’t find comfy, stylish, all-weather boots. That inspired me to create Merry People. I hope our boots bring comfort and a little extra joy to your everyday adventures!

Grasshopper Green loves to be amongst it; its natural habitat is outside, in the mud, grass and all of nature’s merriness. Very pleased with the boots, great for walking the dog in woods & beaches. Wanted a shorter boot to go with looser jeans etc.
These are surprisingly comfortable, feel nice and insulated, only had them a week but happy so far.

Who couldn’t be happy looking at their feet in a pair of these babies?! Recently bought a pair of Bobbi boots in violet blue and used the online sizing tool… they are a gorgeous colour and fit comfortably… easy enough to get on and off and are great quality. They keep my feet nice and dry in the yard while I do my horse chores and gardening jobs and are cute as - very happy 😌
