Our tall gumboots run true to size, so we recommend ordering your normal shoe size. The size guide on the product page shows the innersole measurements making it easy to compare our gumboots to an existing pair of shoes you already own. For half sizes, we recommend sizing down when purchasing gumboots.

You can always exchange or return your gumboot order so long as:

The gumboots are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging.

Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.

Not all colours and styles of gumboots are available at stockists, we recommend calling ahead to check first. We also offer free shipping and returns so you can try the full range risk free direct through Merry People.

Merry People have regular stock arrivals across our core colour range of Black, Beetroot, Oxford Blue, Mustard Yellow and Alpine Green. We also have seasonal colour deliveries with new and returning shades arriving across the year. However, we love to offer different shades of gumboots, so not every style is restocked in each shipment.

At Merry People we never put our gumboots on sale. We’ve created quality gumboots with a functional and classic design that can be worn season on season, year after year.

We strive to offer the lowest possible price all year round, to all of our customers. However, we do understand that many of us are on tight clothing budgets, and are becoming more conscious of our purchases.
