Shipping Options

Australia Domestic Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping & Returns: 2-6 business days (Australia Post).
  • Express: $9.95, 1-3 business days (Australia Post).
  • Same Day: $25, order by 12pm Monday-Friday to receive it the same day (only available for delivery addresses within 25km of our Melbourne Store).

Ordering Same Day delivery after 12pm?

  • Monday–Thursday: Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the next business day.
  • Friday: Same Day is not available after 12pm.
  • Same Day delivery is not available on weekends.

Click & Collect

We also offer a free click & collect service through our website for those who wish to buy now and pick up later from our Manchester Lane store!

If the product is available for click & collect, the option will show at checkout. You will also receive a further notification once the store has packed your order and it is ready to collect.

New Zealand International Shipping

  • Free Shipping & Returns: 7+ business days (Australia Post International).
  • DHL Express: $30, 2-4 business days.

United Kingdom and United States of America Shipping

To ship directly to a residence located in either of these regions, please check out our designated website for each region. To change between regions, please select the region you would like to shop from in the top right-hand corner, as pictured below. 

You will be required to pay for the order in the region's specified currency.

Rest of the World International Shipping

  • Australia Post: $11, 10+ business days.
  • DHL Express: $30, 2-4 business days to NZ, 3-7 days worldwide.

International orders may incur taxes upon arrival. Please note the price indicated at checkout does NOT include the cost of duties or taxes upon arrival.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

We aim to pack and dispatch all online orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • During busy periods, dispatch times may be longer.
  • While we do our best to meet estimated shipping timelines, we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays with couriers—especially during peak times—are outside our control.
  • We ship from Melbourne. For the most accurate delivery estimates to your area, check the Australia Post website.
  • If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend choosing Express Shipping at checkout.
  • If you’ve ordered a preorder item, it will ship within the estimated dispatch date listed on the product page.
