Extended Holiday Return Window
We want you to give the gift of Merry People with confidence, which is why we offer an extended holiday return window for purchases made between November 1st, 2023 and December 31st, 2023. Any purchases made during this time may be returned or exchanged through January 31st, 2024, as long as they meet the conditions of a normal return.

I love the look of the Billie Clog in Rust, however, I found size 40 too small (even though that’s the same size in my Boots) Returned for next size up and they feel too big. I would return but have unfortunately worn outside whilst trying to get used to them. I’m pretty disappointed given I’d saved to purchase. My own fault though.
