To cancel your order or if you are experiencing any issues updating your order, please contact us immediately at support@merrypeople.com. Once your order starts processing at our warehouse, no changes or cancellations can be made.

Most orders (unless marked as pre-orders) are shipped within 24 business hours. If your order has already shipped, we kindly ask that you wait for it to arrive and then follow our standard return process.
We offer free 30-day returns. Once your order arrives, you can start an exchange or return here. Just enter your order number and email, and follow the prompts. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund.
Alternatively, purchase the correct item now and return the original for a refund. That way, you'll have the right pair of Merry's on your feet sooner.

How can I find my order number?
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that will provide your order number. You can use this link to find your order number. Simply log in with the email address used when making your purchase.
Finding your tracking number
After Order Placement: Once you've placed an order with Merry People, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Once the warehouse has fulfilled your order, you will receive an additional email with a unique tracking number and link.

Understanding tracking status updates
In Transit: Your order is on the move. It could be travelling through various postal hubs en route to you.
Out for Delivery: Your order is with the delivery agent and will be delivered to your address soon.
Delivered: Your order has arrived at its delivery destination.
Exceptions/Delays: Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or logistic issues may cause delays.
What to do if there’s an unexpected delay
Check the Tracking Information: Often, the carrier's tracking information will provide updates or reasons for any delay.
Contact the Carrier: If the delay is extended or if the tracking status is unclear, contact the carrier directly for more information.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
How long will it take to dispatch my order?
We aim to pack and dispatch all online orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
A few things to keep in mind:
During busy periods, dispatch times may be longer.
While we do our best to meet estimated shipping timelines, we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays with couriers—especially during peak times—are outside our control.
We ship from Melbourne. For the most accurate delivery estimates to your area, check the Australia Post website.
If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend choosing Express Shipping at checkout.
If you’ve ordered a preorder item, it will ship within the estimated dispatch date listed on the product page.
