Once purchased, your digital gift card will be emailed to you instantly. Please note that you’ll receive a digital voucher code via email, not a physical card.

To send a gift card directly to the recipient, select 'I want to send this as a gift' on the product page, as shown below, then enter their name, email address, and a personal message.

Please note that vouchers are sent immediately upon purchase. If you'd like the recipient to receive the voucher on a specific date instead, we suggest entering your own email address and then forwarding the voucher and message to them whenever you'd like it to arrive.

Whether you received a gift card from a friend or as a return, here’s how to use it at checkout:

On Desktop:

Look for the “Gift card code” field on the right side of the checkout page.

On Mobile:

Scroll to “Order Summary” to find the “Gift card code” field.
Enter your unique gift card code and click “Apply.”

If your gift card doesn’t cover the full order amount, you’ll be prompted to enter payment details for the remaining balance.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer gift wrapping or personalised notes, as our orders are packed and shipped from a third-party warehouse.

Nope! Our packaging is unbranded to keep your gift a surprise. The only mention of Merry People is in small print on the return address label. 

If you received a Merry People product as a gift and need to exchange it, you can start your exchange request here.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• The order number
• The purchaser’s email address or postcode
  

1. Select ‘Returning a Gift?’ and follow the prompts to choose your exchange items and enter your own contact and shipping details.

2. Once our returns team approves your request (1-2 business days), you’ll receive a prepaid return label via email (only for AU and NZ customers).

3. We’ll process your exchange as soon as we receive your returned item.
