Hi! I’m Dani. I grew up on a farm in Gippsland wearing gumboots. Fast forward to 2014, while working a corporate job, I couldn’t find comfy, stylish, all-weather boots. That inspired me to create Merry People. I hope our boots bring comfort and a little extra joy to your everyday adventures!

These are the cutest pair of boots and I was so disappointed when my toes felt too compressed. Luckily someone else had the same issue and it was suggested to take out the “innies” and now they’re perfect! Removing the soles did not take away from the comfort of the boot and now my toes have all the wiggle room they need.

I really ummed and ahhhed about this purchase but I am beyond happy with these boots! I live in one of New Zealand’s wettest towns so coming into winter I really wanted something more stylish than standard gumboot - these did not disappoint. They’re so comfy and look amazing on.

I have to say these boots are better than the Bobbi boots. I have two pairs of Bobbi but since buying Tully I am converted! I find them comfier and they have loads more personality.

I have just bought my second pair of Merry People boots and I love, love, love them . My first pairI had for 5 years lived in them daily. They are so trendy but also comfortable waterproof durable amazing boots, great for walking the dog and even going out for drinks .
For my new pair I have opted for the Karen Walker Tully boots and I am very happy with them, I would highly recommend every one should buy themselves a pair of Merry People boots they will not be disappointed
