Digital Gift Cards


Yes, we do offer Digital Gift Cards!


You can purchase one here.

Once purchased, your digital gift card will be emailed to you instantly. Please note that you’ll receive a digital voucher code via email, not a physical card.


  • Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
  • Gift cards are Redeemable only on the Merry People website.

Want to send a digital gift card as a gift?


Select 'I want to send this as a gift' on the product page as shown below, then enter the recipient’s email and a personal message. The gift card will be sent directly to them.

Redeeming a Gift Card


Whether you received a gift card from a friend or as a return, here’s how to use it at checkout:

On Desktop:

Look for the Gift card code field on the right side of the checkout page.

On Mobile:

Scroll to Order Summary” to find the “Gift card code field.
Enter your unique gift card code and click Apply.

If your gift card doesn’t cover the full order amount, you’ll be prompted to enter payment details for the remaining balance.


Tip: Copy and paste the code to avoid errors—it’s case-sensitive.


Gifting Info


Can you gift wrap my order or include a personalised note?


Unfortunately, we can’t offer gift wrapping or personalised notes, as our orders are packed and shipped from a third-party warehouse.


Will the package give away the surprise?


Nope! Our packaging is unbranded to keep your gift a surprise. The only mention of Merry People is in small print on the return address label. 


Returning or Exchanging a Gift


How do returns and exchanges work for gifts?


If you received a Merry People product as a gift and need to exchange it, you can start your exchange request here.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • The order number
  • The purchaser’s email address or postcode

1. Select ‘Returning a Gift?’ and follow the prompts to choose your exchange items and enter your own contact and shipping details.

2. Once our returns team approves your request (1-2 business days), you’ll receive a prepaid return label via email (only for AU and NZ customers).

3. We’ll process your exchange as soon as we receive your returned item.


Please note: We can only process exchanges for products bought directly through the Merry People website and Manchester Lane retail location. Items purchased from independent retailers must be exchanged through the original retailer according to their own exchange/return policies.
