Hi! I’m Dani. I grew up on a dairy farm in Gippsland wearing gumboots. Fast forward to 2014, while working a corporate job, I couldn’t find comfy, stylish, all-weather boots. That inspired me to create Merry People. I hope our boots bring comfort and a little extra joy to your everyday adventures!
A fresh twist on a neutral shade, Slate's blue and grey tones are an earthy colour combo inspired by the natural beauty of stormy coastal landscapes and rock formations.

This boots are the comfiest boots I have had in ages! I bought them finally to go travelling in. I travelled around Madagascar, hiked and climber rocks and they were amazing. Not once did I get blisters or did they make my feet sore. Super impressed with them.
Now to buy them in more colours!

Fabulous boots. The green is great fun. It also keep the bright yellow pair in my car for the wet NZ days. So comfortable that I did a 10km hike on Saturday in them.

Love my new Bobbi boots in the bright orchid colour. They’re super cute, a little different fit to the OG pair I have from a while ago, but still fine for size I’m a wide 6 so 6.5 and the 37 is perfect. Love love love!
