As with all Merry People products, the Bobbi Boots are inspired by our founder's home in the lush outdoors of South Gippsland, Australia, and are made to meet life head-on, come rain or shine!

Most customers find our Bobbi Boots are true to size; however, we always recommend checking the size guide to be safe, as sizing can vary slightly across different styles. We suggest comparing your foot length to the insole measurement and allowing around 0.5–1cm of extra space for the best fit.

Because our Bobbi Boots are made with natural materials, they will soften and relax with wear. If they feel a little snug at first, we recommend removing the inner sole for the first few days to help with the fit. You may find that after a few days of wear, the rubber has relaxed and you can pop the inner sole back in.

If you prefer to keep the inner sole out, our Bobbi Boots are built with arch support and cushioning in the main sole to help maintain comfort.

To check if the width will be right for you, we recommend checking out the size chart, where we have all of the innersole width measurements!

If the fit still doesn’t feel right, you can return them for an exchange or full refund.

All our boots and clogs include a stability shank in the midsole to support your arches. They also come with a removable insole, allowing you to replace it with a custom orthotic if needed. If not, the included sole offers extra cushioning for everyday comfort.

Additionally, they feature a 4mm neoprene lining throughout the interior, providing 360-degree comfort and support all day long.

All Merry People boots and clogs feature removable insoles, making it a breeze to add your orthotics or special inserts. Our top tip? Ensure the orthotic's length matches the Merry People innersole for a snug fit.

Our Merry People boots and clogs are made with a 100% waterproof, FSC-certified natural rubber compound for the uppers and outsoles. They also feature a metal stability shank, poly-cotton pull tabs, and a 4mm neoprene lining, making them fully waterproof.

The insoles in our Tully, Andie, Oberon and Fergie boots are made from recycled PU, and we’re working to expand this sustainable feature across our entire range.

While a few additional materials are used to set the rubber and add colour (like bonding agents and pigment powder), we do not use any PFAs or "forever chemicals" in our manufacturing process.

Our boots are 100% cruelty-free, vegan-friendly, and made without any animal products or byproducts.

Many of our customers wear their Bobbi Boots in the snow! All our boots are 100% waterproof, tested for below-freezing temperatures and have an enhanced traction sole!

However, please note that our Bobbi Boots are not specifically designed as snow shoes. We recommend using caution on icy surfaces. For added grip in icy or snowy conditions, consider using ice grips, available at most sports or outdoor stores.

At Merry People, we never go on sale. Our Bobbi Boots are priced to reflect their true value, with no hidden markups, so we can offer the lowest possible price all year round to every customer, and what you pay today is what you'd pay any other day.

That's possible because we only make what we believe we'll sell, rather than overproducing and relying on clearance sales later. It's also why our Bobbi Boots are built with a classic, functional design meant to last season after season, so you're not buying into a trend that needs marking down.

You can always exchange or return your Bobbi Boot order so long as:

• The Bobbi Boots are unworn, undamaged, in resalable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging.
• Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  

If you are in a time crunch to receive your exchange size, we recommend you purchase the size you need and return the original pair for a refund rather than doing an exchange.

For Rest of the World International returns, you'll cover the return costs, but we'll ship your exchange for free. (Excluding any duties or taxes that might be associated with the import and delivery of your exchange order)
