We bought these boots as a gift for our daughter. When they arrived, they were a size too small (on her slightly bigger foot so still true to size). I went online, booked the return and exchange then took them straight to the PO where they printed out the returns sticker.
Not only was the arrival at their warehouse registered by email, the exchange was processed quickly and the new sized boots sent to me. Easy, no fuss, no issues.
The boots are a beautiful colour, well made and a high quality product which our Girl loooves. Thank you!!!

The rust coloured Bobbi Ankle Boot is my second pair of Merry People boots. I love them! They are comfortable and look decent to pop out in if I need to. I struggle with cold feet but in winter they keep my feet warm and dry. They are supportive enough to go for walks in and I love wearing them to work in the garden too. They are also great to wear to the footy.
Overall they are a fantastic purchase and they won’t be my last ones. I’d love one pair in every colour.

I love my new Bobbi Ankle Boots and the colour. They arrived right when needed with the recent heavy rain.
They fit perfectly & are very comfy. I've worn them when at our local Community Food Garden & also when working in my own garden. They keep my feet dry & warm as the grounds are still very wet from the recent heavy rain.

Love my new Merry Bobbi ankle boots in rust! I found the sizing ran large, so needed to return them and swap for a smaller size. I was very impressed by how easy and efficient this process was. I have worn my boots everyday since I got them. They are so warm and comfy and perfect for wet, winter days.

This colour in the Bobbi boot style is awesome. I wear them with jeans, dresses & skirts with opaque stockings in winter, and (eventually) shorts in summer for a cute sexy look. The neutrality of this colour makes them so versatile that I have been able to compliment my outfit and dress them up or down.
