Exchanges & Refunds

We understand when you receive your item in the mail, it may not be right for you -  or you may require a different size. If you would like a exchange or refund, this is no problem with us!

Please include a note with your item which shows your order number, your name and the item you would like to exchange for/or request for a refund. 

All returns must be in their original, new condition, not damaged or worn. The box must also be sent back and  be in the same condition you received (ie: the box must be sent in a satchel or have wrapping paper around it.) 

If the shoe box does not come back, or comes back damaged (ie:  does not come inside a satchel/ has the postage stickers on the box.)   We will not be able to accept the return, as we can not use this box for another customer. 

Once we receive the item we will review and if all as per the above, we will send a request to the warehouse to send your requested item,  or process a refund. 

Please note - we do not cover the costs for you to ship the item back to us. We also do not process refunds or exchanges on sale items.
