We ship from our Melbourne warehouse. Shipping times are from when orders are despatched.

Australia Shipping:

• Free Standard Shipping & Returns for orders over $50: 2-6 business days (Australia Post).
• Express: $9.95, 1-3 business days (Australia Post).

New Zealand Shipping:

• Free Shipping & Returns for orders over $50: 7+ business days (Australia Post International).
• DHL Express: $30, 2-4 business days.

International Shipping:

• Australia Post: $11, 10+ business days.
• DHL Express: $30, 2-4 business days to NZ, 3-7 days worldwide.

Note: Duties and taxes will apply upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If it's not the right fit or you're unsatisfied for any reason, let us know. We offer exchanges or full refunds within 30 days.

Australia or New Zealand returns are free. To qualify
for a return:

Items must be unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, and without sole wear or creases.

Return requests should be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

For International returns, you'll cover the return costs, but we'll ship your exchange for free.

Faulty or Flawed Products?

We stand behind the quality of our boots, and offer a 12 month warranty.
