Due to increased volume, Australia Post are experiencing some delays which may impact delivery times.

International orders - Australia Post expects international delivery delays due to flight cancellations and government restrictions because of COVID-19. Check the Australia Post website for impacts to your country.
Please note - for international shipping you are liable for any incoming taxes your country may charge to receive the goods.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We understand when you receive your boots or jacket in the mail, it may not be the right fit for you.
You can always return for an exchange or refund on your order so long as:
- The items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles) and in their original packaging.
- Your return request is submitted within 90 days of receiving your original order.
We've extended our returns policy from 30 days, to 90 days, giving you additional time try our products at home, and allowing for the current situation.
