Bobbi Ankle Boot

Wore these on a camping trip recently and was so impressed, it got super cold and my feet were not the slightest bit cold even with thin socks on. The colour is quite bright (photo comparison of the Orchid to the kids purple colour). Measure your feet and actually go with what the size guide says, it is accurate.

I was worried when I was first breaking them in that the rubber was going to be too hard on the back of my ankle but after wearing them a few times it softened and it is not an issue at all.

I reach for these more often that I thought I would and I wish I had them at the beginning of winter instead of dilly dallying. Bring on next Canterbury winter, I am so ready.

Had to have the purple. They are bold but I can see myself wearing for lots of outfits. So glad I kept them because I was planning to return when I first tried them on. They initially felt loose in the heel and tight (vertically) in toes. I decided to keep them because when I took insoles out they felt the right length. After throwing on more thick socks and trying with insoles again, they feel just right! I normally wear size 8.5-9 in US or size 39 in European shoes. I decided to go for 39 and am glad I did given the room in the heel. I also used size tool with my normal Brooks, Hoka, Chaco and New Balance sizes. All the recommendations were for size 39 except one recommended 40. Perfect for dog walks in snow in Colorado, and warmer than my bean boots (non insulated ones). Can see myself ordering another style soon! If you think your size is wrong but the length is good with insoles out I think you should give them a shot! After walking around only one day my toes no longer felt squished in front at all.

From the moment I opened the MERRY PEOPLE box I felt merry. For a start, the box is of such quality, I just knew the contents would be special. The Bobbi boots themselves are gorgeous and stylish whilst ever so practical. Once they're on, (and being neoprene lined, it is a tiny bit like sqeezing into a wetsuit, with the same promise of adventure) my feet feel warm, cosy and safe. I proudly wear my Merry boots with everything from shabby shorts, special skirts to smart casual slacks, striding through ankle-deep puddles with smug-smiling confidence. They're really so comfy I call them my Slipper-Sloppers. I'm so in love with my sand coloured Merries, because they compliment anything I wear, but I'm clearing space on the shoe rack to buy another gorgeous colour because... why not?! May we ALL be Merry People!!
