Most customers find our Billie Clogs are true to size; however, we always recommend checking the size guide to be safe, as sizing can vary slightly across different styles. We suggest comparing your foot length to the insole measurement and allowing around 0.5–1cm of extra space for the best fit.

You can always exchange or return your Billie Clog order so long as:

• The Billie Clogs are unworn, undamaged, in resalable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging.
• Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  

If you are in a time crunch to receive your exchange size, we recommend you purchase the size you need and return the original pair for a refund rather than doing an exchange.

For Rest of the World International returns, you'll cover the return costs, but we'll ship your exchange for free. (Excluding any duties or taxes that might be associated with the import and delivery of your exchange order)
