2024 MERRY PEOPLE X OBUS GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Before you enter, please read the terms and conditions below.

1. Merry People Designs Ltd (Merry People) is pleased to conduct this promotion. The prizes consists of the Merry People x Obus collaboration Dusk Bobbi Boots and Raincoat to the value of $388.95 AUD or Dawn Fergie Boots and Backpack to the value of $378.95 AUD.
2. To enter, simply submit your email address and year of birth using this special Merry People form at https://merrypeople.com/pages/obus-giveaway-2024. Entries are accepted until 11.59pm AEST on 21 May 2024.
3. By entering our promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions, and acknowledge that:
1. your personal information will be stored and handled according to our privacy policy - https://merrypeople.com/pages/privacy-policy;
2. your email address will be included in our mailing list. You can opt out at any time; and
3. your email address will be shared with Obus Pty Ltd and stored and handled according to their privacy policy -  https://obus.com.au/pages/privacy-policy.
4. No purchase is required to enter.
5. The promotion is open only to residents of Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom who are over the age of 18 years, but excludes employees of Merry People and their immediate families, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
6. A maximum of one entry will be accepted per entrant. Any attempt to submit multiple entries will disqualify the entrant.
7. The winners shall be drawn on 22 May 2024 AEST at Merry People’s office using a random number generator. Merry People will contact the winners regarding their preferred size of Gumboots and/or Raincoat but cannot guarantee that the preferred size will be available. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
8. Merry People will not be held liable if the named prizes becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. Merry People reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute the prizes with prizes of comparable value.
9. If the prizes remain unclaimed within seven working days of notifying the winner, it will be redrawn. The winners from the redraw will be notified by email within two days of the draw.
10. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Merry People’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the prize. Merry People reserves the right to cancel or extend this promotional giveaway at any time.
11. To the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that Merry People are not liable for any liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from use of the prize.
12. You acknowledge that the laws of the State of Victoria govern these terms and you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Victoria.
