Product Warranty

We stand behind Merry People products and guarantee them to be free from manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.

If you feel our product hasn’t met this standard please contact us on support@merrypeople.com so that our customer support team can assist.

General conditions of our warranty:

  • Warranty is only valid for purchases made direct from Merry People or an authorised Merry People stockist 
  • Damage that is a result from misuse or not following the provided care instructions is not covered
  • You may be responsible for return postage costs to send the product back
  • If your claim is approved, you will receive a replacement product (same or comparable) 

Australian customers only: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Any benefits you receive under our Product Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies that you may have as a consumer under a law in relation to the footwear to which these warranties relate.
